岗位职责
1、向本组织生产工人布置生产任务，提出相关技术要求和质量要求，组织实施车间生产计划；按生产任务对本组生产进行现场指挥，保质保量完成生产定额；
2、总结当日生产任务的完成情况，发现重大问题立即上报并及时商讨解决对策，主持班会后，总结当天的经验和教训，为后续生产做好准备工作；
3、生产现场管理，推进7S现场管理制度，实现生产车间标准化管理
4、车间生产安全管理，控制关键要害部位，杜绝安全隐患，防止安全事故的发生
5、对本组生产的产品进行巡检，搞好过程控制，及时解决生产过程中出现的问题
6、对生产中物料的使用情况及不良品进行控制
7、记录员工岗位分布情况，记录员工当天的考勤情况
8、做当天的生产日报，及时与上级领导沟通，汇报班组生产情况
9、教导及监督生产作业员，严格按照作业指导书安全作业，如有更好的作业方案，可提报工程技术人员，确认OK后，修改并发行作业指导书；切不可私下随意变动作业方法及作业指导书
10、教导及监督生产作业员做好生产设备的日常维护保养工作
11、完成上级领导交办的其他工作
