任职要求/岗位职责
岗位职责：
1、负责日常生产的计划管理，分析车间每日的生产情况，对生产过程进行把控；
2、处理跟进车间生产异常，寻求改善，提高生产效率；
3、对生产的环境进行管理，开展经常性安全检查，保障安全生产；
4、产线员工的管理，协调与其他相关部门关系；
5、审核车间各项报表、记录，做好车间成本控制、降低生产成本；
6、合理统筹安排审查生产、改进生产用工具、环境，提高员工工作积极性，提高生产率。
任职要求：
1、三年以上锂电池PACK生产管理经验。
2、熟悉锂电池PACK生产设备的操作维护。
3、熟悉电池组的工艺和结构。
4、熟悉锂电池生产运作流程和生产工艺。
5、有较强的数据分析能力和较强的沟通协调能力。
