任职要求/岗位职责
岗位职责
1.根据业务部门的需求，进行锂电池PACK包结构设计，出二维、三维图；
2.组织进行产品技术评审、成本核算和制作BOM清单；
3.评选供应商；
4.协调和配合采购部门完成BOM材料的采购，提供技术支持
5.组织产品打样，制作作业指导书，解决生产过程中出现的产品结构问题
6.产品改进和降本，通过产品结构优化设计，降低材料成本
7.与产品有关的其他事宜，如工装，售前售后支持等
任职资格：
1.学历：大专（含）以上，专业：机械设计及相关专业，年龄：45岁以下，工作认真，做事细心严禁，有责任心并有良好的团队合作精神；
2.核心技能：锂电池PACK包设计经验，锂电池保护板应用经验；
3.工作经验：同行业工作经验1-3年或钣金公司工作经验3-6年，有塑胶件、模具设计等经验更佳；
4.能力素质：熟练使用CAD和SOLIDWORKS等设计软件（3D软件中精通任一种），熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
