任职要求/岗位职责
岗位职责：
1.制定质量目标，并实施计划完成目标，对公司产品质量负责，推动工厂品质改善，并推动实施，使之不断改善产品质量。
2.审核新供应商品质体质，降低公司品质风险。
3.建立检测标准，及公司品质制度。
4.检测来料，产品质量，确保产品质量。
5.出现异常质量问题，及明沟通、分析、断断，处理异常问题，推进公司品质提升，树立良好的品牌形象。
6.ISO质量管理体有系统的了解和实践经验积累，对质量管理各个职能模块均有较深入的认识，能够指导各个职能模块的工作。
任职资格：
1、中专及以上学历；
2、有3年以上锂电池PACK相关工作经验；
3、有较强的数据分析能力和较强的沟通协调能力；
4、有责任心，团队协作意识强，能吃苦耐劳。
