职位描述：
动力系统电动机、电池组充电系统，传动系统
Responsibilities:
1.Introduce new e-Powertrain (3 in 1, x in 1, e-motor, reducer) technologies to Alliance: explore existing technologies, evaluate the technology trend and create e-Powertrain technology roadmap;
2.To do e-Powertrain benchmark in conjunction with benchmark team, make reports and deliver to the head courter;
3.Develop low cost component solutions for e-Powertrain system;
4.Develop advanced engineering technology for e-Powertrain in conjunction with China local suppliers, such as x in 1, 800V e-drive, axial flux e-machine;
5.Support RFS, RFI, RFQ process for production projects;
6.To do validation of e-Powertrain components per project requirement;
7.To do e-Powertrain supplier survey every year;
8.Team management and routine report;
9.Apply patent for new e-Powertrain technologies;
10.Cross-function team work with PM, purchase, Fin department.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline for top universities, Master’s or Advanced Degree a plus.
2.10+ years ' experience for automobile industry, 5+ years ' experience for e-Powertrain development, working from Concept through to Continuous Production Support, preferably working experience in OEM and management of e-Powertrain suppliers;
3.3+ years ' experience of leading and managing a high performing team of 2-3 direct people;
4.Excellent English speaking with presentable communication;
5.Good sense of project management and strong background of e-motor design, gearbox design, and Powertrain development.
